« Back to the Windsurf Sails category Tush 9.4m Formula Light Not used for over 1 year now, so I'd rather it went to someone who's going to use it.
Bought new in 2001, it's in excellent condition with no tears, wears. or scuffs. Only used a total of 18 times. Suits a wide, short board. Ideal wind range would be Force 3-4. I've used it beyond both those limits, though.
Recommended mast is 490cm, IMCS 29. Useable IMCS range (quoted) is 28-34). Luff length is 532cm, boom length is 238. Oddly enough, I have a mast fitting this description: A Neil Pryde CK55.
I also have a Fiberspar carbon race boom - 210cm-256cm which - oddly enough again - is a perfect fit for this sail. This boom has an adjustable outhaul system. Ok, I know all booms have, but this one is adjustable whilst sailing - as used when racing. I replaced the clamp on this boom over 1 year ago. It's sadly never been used since. The replacement clamp & fitting kit alone was just over £100.
Whilst I'm at it, I have a Neil Pryde 45cm mast extension which fits an F2/Pryde UJ/deckplate. This extension takes the mast to the right length for the 9.4m sail.
